If you have purchased a subscription please bring in your montly receipt so we can ensure you account is up to date. The staff on the counter don't have access to payment notifications. Thank you for your cooperation. We want to ensure we don't miss crediting your account!
To cancel your subscription, you can do so at anytime. Please note that Wag and Train cannot do the cancellation. This is a PayPal Function that you must do.
Just Follow these instructions:
Cancelling a subscription cancels all future scheduled payments of that subscription. A subscription can be cancelled up until the day before the next scheduled payment in order for you not to be charged. There are no refunds for days purchased in subscriptions but not used.
Go to the Settings icon next to "Log out" and select Account Settings.
Select Money, banks and cards under "Business Profile" on the left of the page.
Click Set automatic payments under "Preapproved payments."
Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
